We loved our trip on Shem Creek! It was peaceful and scenic up river, we saw lots of dolphins and pelicans playing and splashing just a few feet away from us, and we took in a sunset from crab island with an expansive view of the harbor. Very kind woman checked us in, made us laugh, and was knowledgeable about the area and kayaks.

Can’t say enough how great of a time I had! Can’t wait to come back for another adventure!

The staff is so friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient as we were first time kayakers. Shem Creek has tons of space to enjoy hours of fun. Highly recommend.

I rented a kayak and paddled to Crab bank island to look foe sharks teeth. The rental was easy and all the staff were pleasant! Good luck Will on your next adventure! Highly recommend taking a day to paddle with Nature Adventures!

Prices are very reasonable. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Training is provided prior to use of the equipment with an emphasis on safety.

Good experience. It would be great if they made sure all the kayaks had adjustable straps for a more ergonomic and comfortable experience.

Overall it was great! We went on our own no tour. It was a very windy day so I was a workout but the scenery was beautiful and we saw dolphins. After lots of fun places to grab a bite and a drink.

Went on July 4th they closed at 3 and we got there around 12:30.it was the perfect amount of time. Going out to the islands was a lot of fun we saw multiple dolphins around the fishing docks. A lot of the area is shallow-around a foot deep so we got stuck at times but it was no big deal Coming back to the direction of the ramp was a little harder. We also went futher up the creek and saw more dolphins there as well. I didn't expect to see so many dolphins so that was a pleasant surprise. Bring water a hat and prepare to get wet as well

This is great way to spend a morning on the water. We rented kayaks and had wonder views and observed the beauty of Intercoastal Waterway. We look forward to going out again very soon and have already booked our second trip to go down the creek the other way.
