We were hesitant to go due to bad storms the previous night. We were assured that the morning kayak trip would be smooth and they were right. They've been doing this for many years. We trusted their expertise and had a great time!

Went with a group of girlfriends on the swamp tour with Eddie. What a wonderful experience. Not only was it beautiful and incredibly peaceful, but Eddie was really informative about the Wambaw and its environment. Loved the outing and the company.

I was involved in a team bonding experience here. Ben was awesome and was very knowledgeable. The crew that worked with us was awesome as well. I would love to do this every year!

We loved our kayak tour on Shem Creek with our fabulous guide, Charlie. We saw a mama and baby dolphin, brown pelicans and a host of other birds in the creeks and harbor. My teens enjoyed hunting for shark teeth on the island we stopped at. All and all a memorable experience and truly a highlight of our time in Charleston. We also appreciate the outfitter's flexibility allowing us to re-schedule when the weather didn't cooperate on the day we had originally scheduled.

Enjoyable and educational tour. Ms. Caroline was a wonderful Guide. Most highly recommended.

We decided to do the two hour kayaking tour experience to explore the area. Our guide took us out into the harbor and down one little muddy "river". We spent most of the time floating instead of paddling. I guess we expected more due to the pictures featured on the website. We wont use them again.

Nature Adventures gave us and our customers an awesome tour of Shim Creek! Our customers raved about the trip for the next couple days. I highly recommend this outfit.

Our kayaking tour was fabulous! Our guide Tori was very knowledgeable and attentive to all of us in the group. I definitely recommend going to Nature Adventures on Shem Creek - I will be back for sure!

My wife and I choose the Shem Creek Sunset Kayaking tour. It was amazing. The whole time down the creek the sun is setting as you are gliding along. We booked our tour in mid June and the temperature was perfect. The equipment is top of the line and our tour guide was very professional. I would recommend this tour. And will probably do it again when we travel back to the Charleston area.

Will was a phenomenal guide. We had a great experience...we especially enjoyed the knowledge that he had of the area. I will request him in the future!!

Great 2 hour tour with Ethan. Super helpful and informative regarding Wildlife. Also a really nice guy. Helpful with all level of Kayakers. Beautiful scenery and well maintained kayaks. Everyone was really nice and well worth the trip!

We did the 3 hour kayak tour and it was a highlight of our Charleston trip. We went during low tide and saw tons of birds and crabs. Suggest going during high tide for better chance at dolphins and manatees. However, our guide was super enthusiastic and knowledgeable and let us explore! So much fun!

I always have so much fun with these guys. The owners are great, and so are the guides. I love kayaking and exploring areas around Shem, but paddle boarding has definitely become my recent favorite. Looking forward to seeing a manatee when the water warms up again!

We had a 3 hour kayak tour of Shem Creek and the bay. Diana was a phenomenal guide. We have done several kayaking tours around Charleston and surrounding area, and this was by far the best one yet!

Have used Nature Adventures twice. 1st time paddling by our own and 2nd time together with their guide. Worked well both times. Friendly staff and easy and quick support getting in/out of kayak. Very knowledgeable guide. Good experience and fun activity!

We had a great time on the kayak tour led by Tori ( we were fortunate to get a solo tour as others canceled due to weather!)! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all our questions as we viewed several wonderful species of wildlife. Will definitely be back for another tour soon!

I arranged for my Board of Directors to participate in a kayaking teambuilding event. I have heard excellent feedback from them. Working with the team at Nature Adventures to set it all up was amazing. When I spoke with Ben, the facilitator, he knew exactly what our goal was and it was accomplished! I'm only sorry I wasn't able to join them.

Great time kayaking. Dan was a great guide. Extremely knowledgeable on marine life. we saw tons of pelicans and dolphin. Will definitely go again!

Our guide ( Charlie ) was terrific - funny , knowledgeable and pleasant company for the five of us. My daughter gave me a very hard time about leaving only a 16.25 % tip - so Charlie - I will make up for it when I do the Francis Marion guided tour. ( please send any other info ). Also - the shore crew were good people. Thanks again.

Ed took us on an early morning kayak tour of Shem Creek and the Charleston Harbor. He took his time and shared with us all sorts of interesting information. We saw loads of birds and even a manatee. This was a great tour and best done in the early am or later in pm due to heat.

Elizabeth and Jay were great! We had an unusual request to paddle out to Crab Bank in the middle of January to see a rare bird. The temperatures were in the high 30s and low 40s with light winds, and usually those temperatures would prohibit a trip out. We dressed accordingly and Elizabeth accompanied us. We timed the trip just right with the tide. Elizabeth even loaned a pair of her neoprene boots to a member in our group. We saw the bird (Snow Bunting) and made the trip out and back safely. We highly recommend Nature Adventures on Shem Creek!

The wind was up and the tide was up. Such conditions compelled us to spend most of the time exploring the marsh area of Patriots Point. Matt taught me a lot about this environment and gave me a much better appreciation of how it functions and its importance to wildlife. Great tour!

What an amazing adventure!! Our tour guide, Jacob, was extremely knowledgeable. He made us feel completely at ease with kayaking. Everyone we met there was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I have taken a number of different kayak trips with them and consistently have a great time. I have done both marsh and blackwater tours. Guides are always friendly and well informed, giving all sorts of into and tips on the area and sights.
